If You Don't Like The Weather, Wait 10 Minutes.....
Well we had the most amazing day Saturday. It was supposed to be raining with a chance of thunder and lightening - ha! I laugh in the face of the weather man. Only God could have delivered such a perfect day!
We had Charlotte's birthday party at 3pm at my moms house. There were 17 kids, 15 adults, lots of sugar, and NO alcohol to subdue the craziness. If it had in fact been a day full of rain and thunder and lightening it would have been awful - but instead of yucky Oregon weather we had the PERFECT Oregon weather. It was about 75, sunny with a slight breeze. We had an amazing turn out and had so much fun. Charlotte walked away with a loot. Molly however has been playing with everything she got - and Charlotte couldn't care less.
After the party we came back home - by the time we all got in the house and completely unloaded the car the first rain dropped - within minutes it was pouring! It continued to get worse and worse and as you all know we ended the night with an amazing Thunder Storm. How amazing - right?

Yeah that thunderstorm was truely of epic proportions. Poor Moose was scared moose-less.

It was an awesome day. The weather couldn't have been more incredible. We watched the lightning from inside my living room. All the shades open and the lights off in the house. It was cool. Although, that could have been the wine...
