I think I have a Madonna fan on my hands!

Molly was in the kitchen playing with in the cupboard I let her into (it's the tupperware cupboard) and on the tv was a commercial for Madonnas next concert - Molly came running from the kitchen and then started dancing in front of the tv until the commercial was over. Then she looked at me like - "Mom why did you stop that fantastic music?" and then walked back into the kitchen and continued playing. Picture Molly in her diaper and her pigtales from yesterday dancing to Madonna like she was at the club... too funny!

That is all my friends - thought you would enjoy that!

Wait before I leave you - Molly just pulled my shirt down and said "bebes" then pointed to her own chest and said "maey bebes". And for any of you toddler illiterate that would be "boobies" and "Molly's boobies"!

Now have a nice day!

Molly is a booger! She woke up 8 times last night! We put her to bed a little after 8 o'clock (her normal bedtime) and promptly woke at 11:30, 12:30, 1:15, 2:30, 5:20, 6:00, 7:00 and then finally at 7:45 I gave in and we got up. Now she is in a terrible mood (I would be too if I basically didn't get any sleep) and is walking around just randomly crying. I just put her in her high chair where she is eating one cheerio at a time and then looks at me like she is going to just burst into tears. Meanwhile Charlotte is sitting in her little chair and is screaming her happy screams and pooping! Yippie! She just had some green beans, a part of a banana and a cracker. What a cow! I am sitting here with the laptop between the girls wishing I could just go back to sleep! Bummer - it's not gonna happen! Now I must go change a poopy diaper and DEAL with Molly and her constant crying..... Wish me luck!

I am so giddy right now! I don't have any other excuse than the fact that the new Gilmore Girls is on in like 10 minutes. I can't wait. I was really feeling neglected the last month or whatever it was that it was not on. :) Now it's time for my Gilmore fix! Whoot Whoot!

Okay does anyone else have a strange thing about keeping the snow in front of your house perfect? Let me go into this a bit further. So this morning I wake up and there are 5 feet prints from my neighbors house to his car and then the tracks from his car - that is it - everything else is pristine and wonderful! Then our neighbor comes home and there are more tracks and then his kid and other neighbor kids have been playing in the snow right out in front of our house and other than the small little lawn I have everything is all yucky all the way down the street! Oh and there is some old guy riding his little 4 wheeler around the neighborhood and he keeps going down our street and making it less and less fantastic! I love the snow - but I hate when it looks messy - which it does now and I haven't even stepped out side yet!! Oh well - why am I such a freak?? When Jon comes home - we will go build a snowman out front and then it will really be ruined!!! :)
You know what's funny - I have to admit that I've been known to thrash others yards when I was younger just so mine would stay nice and fresh looking.... I feel like doing that now!! :) Anyway my OCD has come out a bit today!

Have a wonderful snow day! Go thrash your neighbors yards!!! :)

I have a new sister.... kind of! Josh (Jon's brother) just married the deaf Russian! Can you believe it?? I mean this whole time I knew it was a possibility - but now it's real! They are married! It was a beautiful ceremony - candle lit and very intimate! At first I was thinking how are they going to do this - she can't hear the pastor.... but they thought of everything - they had an interpreter from their church there signing to Lyudmila. It really was quite lovely. I'm happy they just did it. The whole big wedding thing just wasn't coming along - too many opinions and too many people to invite. They are thinking of having a reception sometime in March for everyone - about 500 people. I can't imagine 500 people actually showing but we'll see! So if you can think of any place not too expensive to hold 500 bodies let me know so I can shoot that sugestion their way!

So for any of you out there wishing you had kids or wanting to get pregnant.... I just have a little story for you! So last night we were at Sarah and Josh's house for Amy's birthday party (a surprise sort of) with the kids but Jon and I had to come seperately because Molly was still sleeping and we were already running late. So, Charlotte and I drove over with all the food and stuff and Jon came later with the sleepy Molly. Aparently she woke only about 5 minutes after I left because Jon arrived shortly after I did. Anyway - so the evening started out with a bang - no literally a bang.... Molly fell into the dog's water dish spilling it over the entire kitchen and even into the living room - thank god they have wood floors..... So after standing over Sarah while she cleaned up we were off... Molly minus pants and socks and shoes because they all got soaked and I forgot to bring a second pair of clothes or their pj's - but we figured with the onesie and a sweatshirt - our ride home shouldn't be too bad..... So the party begun - Amy was "surprised" to see us, we ate lots of yummy food and played a rousing game of pictionary. Jon and I had to switch off who was holding Charlotte because she wanted to be held - but you can't draw and hold a baby at the same time - so the switching off happened during the game. Molly continued to scare pour little Ella the entire night - she wanted to play but Eloise did not! So twice during the game of pictionary Molly locked herself in the bathroom downstairs (not sure how the door continued being opened but it was). Once she locked herself and Eloise in the bathroom - I didn't hear either of the girls and couldn't see them - then quitely from a distance I heard some crying... sure enough there they were in the bathroom, lights out and all alone. We really are good parents - but if you judged it on last nights events you would assume we neglect our children like crazy - I swear we don't!!!!! So the evening went on and other than some whining here and there it was going splended. It was pretty late but we wanted to play one more game of pictionary before we left. We were only about 4 drawings into it when MOLLY HAPPENED AGAIN! This time she decided to try some wine. Amy had put her wine (out of reach) on the CD cases and Molly decided she was thirsty apparently. Down came the wine - all over Molly and all over the hard wood floors. Molly inhaled about half the cup and was crying after catching her breath. She had wine in her hair, up her nose, in her eyes and down her throat! So after cleaning up Molly, and a group cleaning up the floor we were back to the game - Molly now running about in just her diaper (White trash?).
Considering the temperature was about 24 degrees outside - Jon decided to start the car while we packed up our crap! After about 20 minutes of getting the girls bundled up and gathering up the Powell mess - we took off in our seperate cars to come home. Charlotte passed out before we left the neighborhood but Molly stayed awake and wanted me to hold her foot the whole way home - which was fine with me because it was bare and so cute!!! :) We got home and Charlotte was still sleeping and as Jon put Molly in some pjs I fixed a bottle for her and she went down for bed - this is about 11:00pm or so. She fell right to sleep and I got myself ready for bed, Jon popped in a movie downstairs, Charlotte woke I fed her and we were off to bed.... it was about midnight when I finally went upstairs. Jon wasn't really tired so he watched his movie and came to bed about an hour and a half later..... At about 2am Molly wakes screaming and Charlotte wanted to eat - Jon got up with Molly - got her a new bottle and changed her diaper laid her down and she was quite for about 20 minutes and then back to screaming. Jon went in and plugged her - she was then quite for about an hour, then back to crying again. Jon went in to make sure she was ok and replugged her and laid her back down and left the room - she was still crying - after about 10 minutes of that Jon gave up and brought her downstairs - she wanted nothing to do with that.... Jon laid her back down and came to bed. she was quite again for about an hour and then it began again - finally around 4:30am Jon gave up and brought her downstairs where she too gave up and finally fell asleep. I don't know when or how but aparently she somehow got out of Jons arms while they were sleeping on the couch and got into the bathroom downstairs and decided to shred toilet paper all over the living room and remove some of Mommy's personal items... NICE! So after Charlotte and I came downstairs - cleaned up and made some coffee I realized Charlotte was poopy.... Poopy isn't really the word for it.... she was covered in poop! She had it from her neck down and all over her arms and even a bit in her armpits - it was lovley! I stripped her down and Jon gave her a bath while I started some laundry - you can't let the poop sit - it solidifies and becomes a stain! It is now 9:40am and I am just now having my cup of coffee and in about 10 minutes I have to go do bills, take a shower and then head over to my inlaws where I am going to help clean and "decorate" for a "wedding"! Oh isn't my life fantastic!
So after hearing all our fun if you still want a baby go for it - but this is what you have to look forward to!!!
That is all! Have a good morning/afternoon/evening (whatever time it is when you read this)! Hopefully no more FUN happens for us today! I don't know that I can take more! :)

I just had to share how strange my new neighbors are.... every day she comes home for lunch around noon with her son. Almost 3-4 times a week her mom and dad show up about 15 minutes before and enter the house - they must have a key. They have lunch together and leave. They never seem happy to see each other and after she gets her son back in the car - she zooms back off to work. It doesn't sound that strange when I'm writing it - but really it kind of eeps me out a bit. Some days her parents will just show up with her son and they play for a while in the house and then they leave. Do they not have a house of their own to take him to?? Why do they meet for lunch so often? anyway - enough about them....

I am so jealous!!!!

My neighbors just bought a big beautiful house - a 4 bedroom 3 bath with a large kitchen and a huge backyard. It's in that nice neighborhood across from Century High School. It is absolutely gorgeous!!! They were showing me pictures of it last night and all I could do was think of how jealous I was. I am happy for them of course - but still!!! Just thought I would share that with all ya'll!

So last night I had the strangest dream! I would love to know where dreams actually come from. I dreamt that my dad was the high school cheerleading coach and that I was trying out for the team and he assured me I would make it up until the day before we started - he posted the girls that made the team and the reasons of why the others didn't make it. Next to my name it said - "NOT PRETTY ENOUGH". I was so devestated. Then after fighting with him and yelling at him and my mom and my friends - I found a wad of hundred dollar bills. Not sure where that fits in - but it did in my dream. After finding the wad of hundred dollar bills (by the way this was a stack about as big as a Red Robin Burger with all the fixin's) I figured out what my dad meant by not being pretty enough..... I realized that my nails needed to be trimmed - so I bit them off and spit them out - I couldn't seem to get the peices out though - it was so strange - I kept spitting and more kept coming out - mouth fulls. It was disgusting!!!! It actually makes me want to vomit right now! After I finally got all the nails out of my mouth I tackled my "boyfriend" who is an ex boyfriend from college - I haven't thought of him in years..... Right as we started to kiss I woke up to my true reality!!!

Dreams.... so strange - yet so awesome. I actually really like to dream - it allows me to live a bunch of different lives when I sleep!
